Thank you for supporting Tri-Milk. As a small business currently in pre-launch, we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare and dispatch your order.
1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At this time:
- We do not offer international shipping.
- We do not offer local collection or in-person pick-up.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within up to 5 working days of receiving your order confirmation.
As a small business, we carefully prepare each order, and processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.

Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or peak periods are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Fees
We do not currently offer free shipping.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the courier option selected.
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Tri-Milk cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
