Cancellation policy

This policy applies to customers who select a recurring purchase or subscription option when purchasing Tri-Milk products.
1. Subscription Overview
If you select a subscription option at checkout, you agree to receive the selected product on a recurring basis at the delivery frequency chosen by you.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.
By placing a subscription order, you authorise Tri-Milk to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
2. Billing & Payments
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription cycle.
- The charge amount will be the subscription price displayed at checkout, unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
- If payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you for updated payment details.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel:
- Log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings; or
- Email christine.chau@tri-milk.com with your order details.
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to prevent the next charge from being processed.
If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and delivered, and cancellation will apply to future billing cycles.
4. Skipping or Modifying Deliveries
Where available, you may:
- Skip a delivery
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update payment details
These changes must be made before the next billing date.
5. Returns on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund & Returns Policy, including:
- 14-day UK cooling-off rights (where applicable)
- 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (first-time purchase only)
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update subscription pricing or terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not agree to changes.
